Flavor Profile
An essential in Provencal French cooking, we start our Herbes de Provence blend with a classic base of sweet basil, majoram, sage, savory, peppery thyme, and rosemary. To this base we add the fresh anise flavors of tarragon and fennel seed. The sweet floral essence of lavender rounds out this fine blend of flavors.
