Season chopped steak or ground beef with In a Pinch Rib & Roast Rub. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, brown steak in olive oil for several minutes. Add onions and garlic and incorporate into meat mixture. Add in beef stock and peas and cook until peas are tender. Beef stock should be reduced a bit. Set aside.
Slice cooled potatoes into ¼" slices and place onto a baking sheet brushed lightly with olive oil. Mix softened butter with Italian Herb Seasoning and spread lightly onto potato slices. Spoon meat mixture onto potato slices, and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 300°. |
