Espresso Barbecued Chicken Breasts (serves 4)

INGREDIENTS

 
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a food processor, combine barbecue sauce, Milanese Espresso Rub, garlic, and jalapeno slices. Pat dry chicken breasts and slightly score them. Coat chicken breasts in marinade and refrigerate for an hour. Preheat oven to 325°. Place chicken breasts on a wire mesh over a deep pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
