On the previous night, or at least 2 hours prior, coat swordfish steaks with In A Pinch Salt-Free Lemon Pepper. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350°. Set the swordfish steaks onto a wire rack (lightly coated with olive oil) inside a baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until desired wellness. In a pan over medium heat, stir fry the string beans in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add in stock, cover pan, and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in parsley. |
