Preheat the oven to 350° F. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and a small pat of butter to the pot and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Remove from pot and drain. Toss the noodles with the remaining butter. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, milk, eggs, raisins, and vanilla paste/extract. Fold in the noodles and mix well. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the In a Pinch Hawaiian Vanilla Sugar and In a Pinch Korintje Cinnamon together. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the egg and noodle mixture. Bake for about 1 hour or until the pudding is set. Remove from the oven and cool before serving. |
