Bring 3 quarts vegetable stock or slightly salted water to boil. In a large skillet over medium heat, place oil, garlic, ginger, and Pacific Rim Seafood & Poultry Seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes, or until fragrant, and before garlic turns golden. Add bok choy and toss for 2 minutes.
Remove pan from heat, shut off flame, and add soy sauce and mirin. Add noodles to boiling water and cook till al dente, abut 5 minutes. Drain noodles and return skillet to medium heat. Add noodles to skillet and toss until noodles are coated, and serve. |
