INGREDIENTS
ripe tomatoes, cored, seeded, and diced ½ cup black olives, pitted and sliced ½ cup green olives, pitted and sliced 1 tbsp In a Pinch Italian Herb Seasoning 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil In a Pinch Salt Free Lemon Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients except Lemon Pepper in a medium sized bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, drain, add in Lemon Pepper to taste, toss, and serve immediately.
