Wine-Soaked Peaches

INGREDIENTS

6 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced Juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsp In A Pinch Hawaiian Vanilla Sugar
1 bottle of Chardonnay, Eiswein, or Sauternes

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium bowl, stir Vanilla Sugar into lemon juice and 1 cup of wine until dissolve. Add in peaches and toss to coat. Add more wine to cover peaches and refrigerate for 6 hours.

SERVING SUGGESTION :
